 Easy To Make Indian Curried Fish

Ingredients


1.5 Kg – 2 kg Fish (Hake)
1 kg Onions
1 Bottle Cooking Oil (750 ml)
½ Bottle Vinegar (325 ml)
2 Tea Spoons Salt
2 Table Spoons Curry Powder

Method

Cut the fish into 2×4 cm rectangles, or what ever suitable size you like, wash.
Mix 1 Table Spoon Curry with 2 Tablespoons Salt, Rub salt and curry powder into the fish.
Heat oil and fry the fish, taking care not to over fry the fish.
The fish must not be cooked to the dry stage. Remove from oil place in bowl.
Cut Onions into thick slices (+/-5 mm) boil onions in the oil, stirring constantly.
The must be boiled not fried, so you must stir constantly.
When onions are nearly done add vinegar and remaining curry, 
allow to boil again for 10 minutes, don’t forget to keep stirring, constantly…

Remove from Heat, allow to cool.

Place Fish and Onion Mixture in alternate layers, in suitable container.
Pickling Jar is recommended.
