Ingredients

1 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 egg Yolk
170 Grams Butter (¼ less a knife width of 500g Brick)
1 table Spoon Water

Method:

Mix all ingredients together with a knife, using a cutting action only.
Roll out and use as desired
