Alternative Cream Of Tomato Soup (Better Result)

Ingredients

1 Soup Bone
6 Cups of water
1 Carrot 
1 Dessertspoon Cornflour
500g Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 teaspoon Gravy Salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste

Method

Cook the tomatoes separately until tender, mash through a coarse sieve.
and add to meat in 6 cups of water, carrot (whole), onions, herbs, pepper and salt. 
Bring to the Boil, turn heat down, allow to simmer for at least two hours.
When the carrot is tender, take it out of the pot mash, and return to soup.
Lastly, remove soup bone, add cornflour and gray salt for thickening.

Optional

Garnish with Fresh Parsley
