Bean Soup - Traditional

Ingredients
1 Soup Bone
6 Cups of water
1 Carrot
1 Dessertspoon Cornflour
1 cup large White bean
2 tomatoes
1 Onion
1 teaspoon Gravy Salt
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Herbs to taste
Method
Soak Beans in water overnight, shell, and add to meat in 6 cups of water.
Add tomatoes, carrot (whole), onions, herbs, pepper and salt. Bring to the Boil,
turn heat down, allow to simmer for at least two hours.
When the carrot is tender, take it out of the pot mash, and return to soup.
Lastly, remove soup bone, add cornflour and gray salt for thickening.
